What Lynxy does

Lynxy is a simple personal link board. It lets you place, move, and save your own web links in the browser.

Local storage

Lynxy stores your tile layout and your selected theme locally in your own browser on your device. This is used so the app can remember how you left it the last time you used it.

Clipboard access

Lynxy only reads from your clipboard when you actively press the Add from clipboard button. Lynxy does not read your clipboard automatically in the background.

Accounts and personal data

Lynxy does not currently require an account, and it does not ask you to create a profile to use the basic app.

Ads and third-party services

Lynxy may use advertising services such as Google AdSense. If ads are enabled, third-party providers may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies and applicable consent requirements.

What this means in practice

• Your layout is saved in your browser, not as a Lynxy account.
• Your clipboard is only accessed after your own click.
• If you clear browser storage, your saved layout may be lost.
• If advertising is active, external providers may process ad-related data.
